General Tips to Remember
· The more handily the
bamix® is stored, the more often it gets used |

· Clean the bamix® as soon as
you have finished working, to prevent the drive shaft getting
clogged. |
|
· For a more thorough
washing put very little dish soap and warm water into a container
and run the bamix® for 30 seconds. |
|
· When you process liquids: immerse
your bamix® into the ingredients before you switch on.
|
|
· Mayonnaise preparation is always
a success if made in the bamix® Mayonnaise beaker which
then serves for storage. |
|
· Before whipping egg white rinse
container with clear water to remove traces of detergent which
may prevent the egg white from becoming stiff. |
|
· Eggs for mayonnaise or egg-white
should be room temperature. |
|
· For mashed potatoes use the whisk
(blade with holes) and work at speed 1. |
|
· Narrow, high receptacles are more
suitable than wide, shallow ones. |

The volume of some food increases considerably.
Therefore, do not fill the processor/grinder bowl more than
two thirds full. |

Always work on Speed 2
|
|
Cheese or chocolate can be grated
fine if placed into the freezer about 30 Min. before grating.

To exchange the blade for replacement
or perfect cleaning, hold the blade firmly with a cloth and
twist the coupling with pliers anti-clockwise. |
