General Tips to Remember

· The more handily the bamix® is stored, the more often it gets used
· Clean the bamix® as soon as you have finished working, to prevent the drive shaft getting clogged.
· For a more thorough washing put very little dish soap and warm water into a container and run the bamix® for 30 seconds.

· When you process liquids: immerse your bamix® into the ingredients before you switch on.
· Mayonnaise preparation is always a success if made in the bamix® Mayonnaise beaker which then serves for storage.
· Before whipping egg white rinse container with clear water to remove traces of detergent which may prevent the egg white from becoming stiff.

· Eggs for mayonnaise or egg-white should be room temperature.
· For mashed potatoes use the whisk (blade with holes) and work at speed 1.
· Narrow, high receptacles are more suitable than wide, shallow ones.

Processor/Dry Grinder

The volume of some food increases considerably. Therefore, do not fill the processor/grinder bowl more than two thirds full.
Always work on Speed 2

Cheese or chocolate can be grated fine if placed into the freezer about 30 Min. before grating.

To exchange the blade for replacement or perfect cleaning, hold the blade firmly with a cloth and twist the coupling with pliers anti-clockwise.
