The bamix® is layed out for
5 Min. intermittent operation which is sufficient to do most
of your work. |

Speed
· When you process liquids:
immerse your bamix® into the ingredients before you switch
on. |
|
|
|
Wrist movement
· Before whipping egg white
rinse container with clear water to remove traces of detergent
which may prevent the egg white from becoming stiff. |
|
|
|
Drawing up
· For mashed potatoes use the whisk (blade with holes)
and work at speed 1. |
|
|
|
Blending
Dip the bamix® at an angle in the ingredients, switch
it on and stir very slowly (remember: the high speed does
the actual mixing job). |
