If your machine was purchased before March 1999 (the year Kitchen Adventures Ltd secured the distributorship of bamix®) please send a cheque made out to “Kitchen Adventures Ltd” for $55-00 to cover the repair and return courier cost to you.

Include your address and phone number and if the repair is more than $55-00 we will contact you with a quote for your approval. It is rare that it will be more than this amount.

If your bamix® was purchased after March 1999 please send a copy of your sales invoice that contains your warranty details should you be entitled for free service.
