Refund & Cancellation

1. Telnova LLC Service Fees
If Telnova LLC charges a separate consultation or processing fee, it is refundable within 3 business days if the provider's installation has not been scheduled. Email info@internet-tv.us.
2. Third-Party Provider Fees
All activation, installation, equipment, and first-month service charges are collected on behalf of the provider. These fees are strictly non-refundable once the provider activates your line or completes the installation. To cancel post-installation, contact the provider directly.
3. Chargebacks
Disputing a charge without contacting us first is a breach of this agreement and may affect your future service eligibility.
